Class Description
Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles — including yoga, strength training, cardio, and barre — to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. Both Pilates and Yoga are low-impact exercises, but there is one important difference. When practicing Yoga, you typically adopt a position and hold it, or flow into a different position. In Pilates, you adopt a position and then challenge your core by moving your arms or legs. 🤍 You will get a workout that increases core strength and improves posture, whilst increasing flexibility and reducing stiffness. Let's flow together! ✨ Location: VIDA CREEK HARBOUR, 1st floor Please use the lifts on the left side of the lobby to reach the 1st floor, then you will see the Yoga Room door as you enter the Gym! Weekly Schedule: Mondays 6 PM and 7:30 PM Tuesdays 7 PM Wednesdays 9 AM and 7:30 PM Fridays 10 AM Saturdays 10 AM Roll out that mat and enjoy! With Love & Gratitude ❤ Daniela
