Class Description
Kids are like little contortionists, able to twist their bodies into odd and seemingly unnatural poses and positions. As we get older, however, that pro-level flexibility starts to fade as a result of age, prolonged sitting (thanks, desk jobs!), poor posture, and stress.. Yoga can help you want to get some of that lost flexibility back, since it can increase joint and muscle mobility and build muscle strength.. ❤️ With a regular practice, the flexibility developed will stay with you for the rest of your life. ✨ Let's stretch our body together! Location: VIDA Hotel - Creek Harbour, 1st floor Please use the lifts on the left side of the lobby to reach the 1st floor, then you will see the Yoga Room door as you enter the Gym!
